If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in its original condition and packaging (eg box). The box including any labels should not be defaced or damaged in anyway. We will refund the product price but unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred returning the product. Returns can also be taken back to our store by contacting us on 028 97562839. Please take proof of purchase with you when returning items. Please ensure your name and addresses are clearly visible on the return form.
If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements on a slip of paper inside the parcel you are returning.
We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.
